If you could live forever, would you want this existence? Would you like to know how to achieve this everlasting life?
Salvation in Christ
First, understand every person has broken the laws of God in one-way or another. Second, that all these broken laws God repaired through Jesus Christ. Third, all one has to do is believe, in Jesus Christ and claim everlasting life.
In Romans 3:23, it says,
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
God’s Word includes “all,” not some people, now the price for sin, death.
In Romans 6:23a, it says,
23 for the wages of sin, is death.
Spiritual death is the price for all sin. The everlasting soul is either secure in Jesus Christ, or in Hell with Satan. This choice one makes is while we still live in the physical world before his or her mortal death.
God has provided a way for this gift offered to humanity.
In Romans 6:23b, it says,
23 but the gift of God is everlasting life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Yes, you can have eternal life, a life of true happiness, but this only comes through Jesus Christ.
In John 3:16, it says,
16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.
One must believe in Jesus Christ, and they will receive eternal life. Leave sin and receive this gift.
In Acts 26:18, it says,
1 8… Turn from darkness to light and from the dominion of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins…
God loved us even while we were deep in sin, He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to save us all.
In Romans 5:8, it says,
8 But God displays His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
God will accept us, even though immersed in sin because He loves us.
In Romans 10:12-13, it says,
12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him; 13 for “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
Receiving this eternal life, one must be willing to confess Jesus Christ is Lord, are you prepared to do this?
In Romans 10:9-10, it says,
9 that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; 10 for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth, he confesses, resulting in salvation.
In closing, remember to present your body to God as a sacrifice.
In Romans 12:1-2, it says,
1 Therefore, I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. 2 And do not conform to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
We are all sinners bound for hell, but Jesus came to save us from sin.
In 1 John 1:8-10, it says,
8 If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is not in us.
My prayer is that someone today will give their heart to Jesus.
